To help you choose the best size, we provide some information on how the garment fits, and whether it runs true, small or large to size on the ‘Details’ section of the product. All prices published online, payments and invoices are in Euros (€).

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners and American Express as well as Masterpass wallet. Please note that payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. All transactions at this website are processed in a secure host environment. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. Finally, you may choose to pay with cash on delivery. At time of delivery, you must have the exact order total indicated in the shipping confirmation email in cash. The courier cannot provide change and does not accept cheques. For eventual refunds, you must indicate a bank account.

*All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

You can pre-order a selection of products before they reach the boutiques. They will be conveniently delivered to the address you prefer as soon as they are available in our stock. In the Product Page of pre-order items you will also find their expected shipping date. If your order includes both products that are already in stock and pre-order items, the products will be shipped at two different times, but you will only be charged once for delivery. If you purchase more than one pre-order item with different expected shipping dates, the products will be sent all together on the latest expected date. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we ship your parcel. In the event that an item reserved by the Client does not arrive, the Client will be informed and a refund will be issued. The credit card will be charged on the date that the order is placed.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods for shipments to be dispatched.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from our customer service specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier company

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. Greek VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the European Union. Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. For countries outside of the European Union prices are exempt from VAT and do not include import duties, which must be paid upon delivery.

You may exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. To exchange an item, simply print and fill in the online return form existing at our website and indicate at the “Reasons for Return” field, that you wish to exchange it for a different size. Then sign it and enclose it in the return package. You should return the items within 7 business days with all of the barcode tags intact. The items should be in their original packaging. All returns must be made by courier companies and delivered to our headquarters. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent by post. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We make quality control in order to guarantee that you receive our products in excellent condition, however since your order is travelling a long way to get to you, we suggest that you check your item(s) as soon as you receive it and notify us within two (2) days of receipt in case you realize any irregularities or damages, as to ensure a hustle-free replacement. After this time window, we cannot accept the faulty item(s).

Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Our delivery service within Greece is carried out by ELTA Courier. The cost of delivery is calculated at the time of the order and is clearly stated on your billing information summary. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for any delay caused by relevant custom authorities. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the products passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself, then their signature serves as evidence of fulfillment of the delivery and likewise transfers of the responsibility. Please check the package is not damaged before signing.

Taxes & Duties

Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non-E.U. country, you might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ control. Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Cancellations

We can accept cancellations within 24 hours of the original order submission. In that case the original purchase and shipping amounts will be refunded. If for any reason you wish to cancel an order after this timeframe please contact customer care via email. In this case we will try to fulfill your request if feasible and inform you accordingly. However, we cannot ensure that your order will be canceled.

When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and are processing it. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the items ordered are out of stock or do not satisfy our quality control standards and are withdrawn by us. To add an item to your shopping bag that is available in different sizes (for example, a pair of shoes), please select your size first. Then, click "add to shopping bag". A "mini basket" will appear, giving you an overview of all the items that you have placed in your shopping bag. When placing an order for a custom product, take into consideration that such products cannot be returned. To complete your order, click on the “shopping bag” link at the top of the page to continue.

Liability

All products on this website are of satisfactory quality, comply with their description and fit for their purpose. We accept liability for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. In case we breach these Terms & Conditions by ordinary negligence any major obligation or secondary obligation whose breach puts the achievement of the contractual purpose at risk or whose fulfillment is essential to the due and proper performance of the contract and whose fulfillment customer could reasonably rely upon, shall be limited to foreseeable damage characteristic for the contract. We accept unlimited liability for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Our liability for breaches by ordinary negligence of any major obligations or secondary obligations whose breach puts the achievement of the contractual purpose at risk or whose fulfillment is essential to the due and proper performance of the contract and whose fulfillment customer could reasonably rely upon (“essential secondary obligation”), shall be limited to foreseeable damage characteristic for the contract. We accept no liability for any breach by ordinary negligence of contractual secondary obligations, which are not essential secondary obligations. Nothing in this shall prejudice our liability in the event of fraudulent concealment of defects or a guarantee as to quality, for claims based on the Product Liability Act, and for damage caused by injury to life, limb or health. This shall not entail a reversal of the burden of proof to customer’s disadvantage. To the exception of claims based on tort, any claims for damages of customer for which our liability is limited hereunder, shall become time-barred one year after the commencement of the statutory limitation period. We are not held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay to meet our obligations caused by events that are beyond our reasonable control.

No Waiver

If you violate the T&Cs and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the T&Cs.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the Terms & Conditions in force at the time you place an order with us. We encourage you to visit these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure that you are fully aware of them. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The TOS together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant Greek law (E.U law) and the relevant courts of Athens, Greece will have exclusive jurisdiction.
